6 Week's of focused skill building
Anxiety can be paralyzing. The mental anguish and fear can make staying home preferable to socializing. The physical symptoms can feel like death. This educational series focuses on an exploration of generalized anxiety and worry. We will explore and challenge unhelpful beliefs, practice problem solving, helpful thinking, and self-management. In smaller groups, individual exercises and discussions will organically lead us through exercises and conversations. We will be using CBT psycho-education tools developed through the healthcare system of Australia.
